Full refund within 14 days of any purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to contact@pubfileconverter.com from the e-mail address you used, or reply to your payment receipt. Tell us which purchase it is if you made more than one. The money goes back to the card you paid with through Polar, our payment provider. It can take a few business days to show on your statement.

What happens to the credits

The credits from that pack are removed. If you already used some, the refund still goes through, and your balance may show below zero until you buy again.

Files that don't convert

You never need a refund for these: a file that can't be converted is never charged in the first place.
