How credits work
What is a credit?
One credit converts one file to PDF, however many pages it has. Downloading the same file again is free.
When do I pay?
Whenever you choose: buy a pack here, or when you download more than your 3 free files. Uploading and looking at every page is always free.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your e-mail address for later.
What if a file doesn’t convert?
You are never charged for it. It shows up in the list with the reason.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. See the refund page.
Who handles the payment?
Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. It takes cards and handles sales tax, and sends you the receipt.
